Fikacare is built and delivered in stages. A stage goes live only once it has been proven in a working hospital, not when the code compiles.
This is why a module may appear in the sidebar with a note saying which stage brings it. That is honest labelling — the module is real and it is coming — rather than a fault or a link that does nothing.

| Stage | What it brings |
|---|---|
| Now | Patient registry, visits, the queue, appointments, consultations, diagnoses, billing, tariffs, cash sessions, receipts, the ledger, printing, loading your old registers, reports and the daily brief |
| Next | Pharmacy with stock and dispensing, laboratory with specimens and critical results, radiology |
| Then | Admissions and the bed board, nursing and drug charts, theatre, antenatal and delivery, immunisation, statutory registers |
| After | Petty cash and expenses, approvals, bank reconciliation, period locking, HMO and NHIA claims with ageing, patient communications |
| Later | Attendance, rosters, leave, complaints, suggestions, incidents, equipment |
| Later still | Telemedicine: the patient portal, booking, online payment, video consultations, e-prescribing |
Why in this order
Because each stage depends on the one before being trustworthy.
Pharmacy stock is meaningless without the dispensing record that draws it down. Claims are meaningless without coded diagnoses and priced charges to claim for. Admissions need billing that can accrue a bed charge through a power cut.
Building them in the wrong order produces software that demonstrates well and cannot be relied on, which is the ordinary way hospital systems fail.
What "proven" means
Before a stage is considered done, it has to work in the hospital under the conditions the hospital actually has — including the connection going, the hub being switched off, and a machine being reinstalled from nothing — and the figures have to reconcile afterwards.
